As a Home Finder we teach you how to find home owners that need to sell their homes or they get nothing for them. All you have to do is find those people who might be interested in selling their homes. You then simplysend us their contact information. One of our experienced Real Estate Invertors contacts the home owner. We then have one of our local Senior Home Finders or Partners Program members, that are in the area,go to the home. If it looks like a house that we might be interested in,we have our Senior Home Finder or our Partner Program member go through the house with contractors to see what needs to be done with the house. They then send us the information that the contractor has found,listing the work that needs to be done along with the pictures that the Senior Home Finder or the Partners Program Member have taken. One our people in our construction department goes over everything. Then we call the owner of the property and close the sale. We then send the sales agreement and a deposit check to either our Senior Home Finder or our Partner Program Member in the area. They contact the home owner and have them sign our sales agreement and they give them the deposit and then take the contract and the deposit to a local title company. That means you are going to get paid. You are ready to move on to the next deal. We help you make money as soon as possible.
